Firstly I would like to say thank you for that awesome stay, from the beginning you know that personel will perfectly take care off you, despite late night check-in Roger from reception welcomed us warm and with smile on face, in the later days he was a great support and always was helpful! Regarding the Hotel, rooms are cosy and nice, toilets are clean and the room services every day doing a great job here, so you feel taken care of. Next plus of the Hotel is tasty breakfast, here you have a big possibility of choice, and the crew here is also very nice especially Stefano, but rest also are very friendly, and you can feel like in home, if something is finished they are supplying it immediately. Last but not least on first day you are receiving bonus to the Bar in hotel, which is very nice idea, here Francesco take care of you and he is really friendly and honest person, do not leave your coupon, and use it, when you have bad day you can feel better here close to the chimney. Really recommend hotel and service on every stage the stay was pleasure and when I will come back to Milano I will choose Rubens 100%. Excellent communication to everything so you not need to worry about nothing. Also you can always choose a walk because hotel is not far from a centrum.

Very friendly staff; they just made every day better with a little joke always smiling helping me when I had lost something in my room. Very good location to 3 torri and rest of Milan via metro. Quiet and safe location. Clean rooms and excellent service. Best price comfort location ratio in Milano. Local bars and pizzerias are great small business all stuff home made.

Disappointing that they were preparing for a concert so the pitch was covered and we couldn't access the area or player seats. Compared with other stadium tours this was average although my son seemed to like it.

For sensitive ears, the roar of the crowd in San Siro is particularly ear breaking. I couldn't stay at the concert I was attending because this sound bubble in the stadium is a huge sweep on ears. Sat outside the building and it was much better. Hard to believe, but this is a very unique loudness.

Remember to book well in advance online. Although we were, you could easily buy a ticket at the ticket office for a tour of the museum and stadium. The museum is very poor. Stadium tour better than other places, because you go by yourself where you want and how long you want and the staff is available and you can ask.

Visited to try to get match tickets but not lucky. Got some of the atmosphere from the stalls setting up outside before the match. Thought there would be a stadium shop but didn't see one, perhaps it is only open if you do the stadium tour? Has its own metro stop right next door.

Amazing location, close to San Siro Stadium and the metro station is 2 minutes away. Very clean, new and has everything you might need when visiting Milano. There are great common areas in the building as well. Easy self check in and check out. Would stay again!

A lovely quiet neighbourhood with lots of plants and squirrels running around. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. San Siro stadium within 15 min. walk, a big supermarket and metro station even closer. The host was easy to communicate with and details connected to receiving the keys were clear and easy to follow. I highly recommend this place - also for longer visits.

Everything in the room was brand new. The bed was so comfy. There was breakfast options which we loved. The location was perfect for us. An hours walk out the centre of Milan and a half hour walk from the San Siro stadium.

Great location, just outside the city centre, perfect if you have a car and can’t enter the ZTL. There was a tram stop 6 minutes away that took us straight into the city centre. We also caught this tram to the San Siro stadium, it dropped us right outside the stadium. A metro station is also 9 minutes away. The apartment is spacious, great size for our family of 5. Host was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Located in a quiet community. Near San Siro stadium and 7min walk to the nearest M1/M5 metro station and airport shuttle station. Around 30min public transport to piazza del duomo. Very convenient transportation. Staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and well facilitated. Will comeback next time.
