Each time coming to Serravale Outlet for shopping, we always choose to stay here, lovely place with super nice stuff, who can quickly find the solution for any kind of problem. Big beautiful rooms, great parking for a car, nice breakfast. Highly recommended.

Great stop over location travelling from Bologna to Torino. The facility was serene and next to the Piedmont country side with a golf course. The breakfast was great all local ingredients. The friendly staff made our stay perfect with clear instructions to fully access the local attractions.

Our stay at Villa Girardengo has been incredibly pleasant and we could fully recharge with positive energy during a busy weekend. It has been easy to book, and there was a very handy feature to access the area through a link, that was made available after the check-in. The highlight of our stay was the kindness of the host, the charming atmosphere of the Villa, and the meticulous attention to details. The Villa is located in a very well served area and at a walking distance from the historical center, where you can eat the home-made "Agnolotti" in a typical Italian restaurant. Thank you so much for having had us as guests and we will be very happy to return. Villa Girardengo is highly recommended :)

We really enjoyed our stay at Serravalle Golf hotel. The staff were so kind and nice- our flight was delayed and we arrived very late in the night. We tried to find some working gas station to get something to eat but nothing was working. The lady at the reception made us a package with some snacks. The other day they borrowed us umbrella and gave us a discount card for the outlet. They also tried to help us with an issue we had with the self service gas station where we put money but couldn’t refill the car. We were amused by the golf ball soap in the room, it was so sweet and we think that small details are the key. The breakfast was really good, with a nice coffee which is a rare thing in hotels.

Its huge, hard to get through it in one day, best to have a plan were you want to go, or few days for a proper shopping trip. Good prices, discounts at least 20-30%. Some have great deals if you buy more, or up to 70% off. There were lines all day to get into the Gucci, Prada, Burberry and other high end stores.

First of all, all staff were so friendly, helpfull and smiling. Breakfast was excellent! Preparing personalised breakfast makes you feel special. We asked them to prepare breakfast early for early check out and they accepted without thinking. I would like to thank them for that. The hotel's location is very close to Serravalle designer outlet. It can also be reached on foot, but the first choice should be by car. Thank you for your serve.
