Paula was a fantastic hotel manager and she went above and beyond to help us at every moment. She has fixed all the issues that occurred throughout immediately and with always a smile on her face. She was absolutely unbelievable! Same for Dina, we have had several conversations and she not only was a super kind person but was very attentive and great at the job. The bed was super comfortable and the room we got the second time was very spacious. The WiFi was very good and worked fine all around the hotel. The location of the hotel was amazing too, close to a supermarket, close to a metro that let us travel around and we could even walk into naples city most days which only took 1-1.30 hours. The pool was also very well maintained and perfect including the sunbeds.

We loved everything. We stayed in a suite with a terrace, with a jacuzzi. It was a beautiful room. The bed was very comfortable. The rooftop pool with a bar close by was a great touch. There was also a spa/sauna unfortunately we did not take advantage because we spent most of the night at a restaurant called George. The entire staff was accommodating and very friendly. I loved that the staff would approach us everywhere and make sure we are doing well and taken care of. We liked that the hotel also had valet service and the breakfast included was also great.
