The place is close to Vatican, 10 minutes away. The street around the hotel is nice, not much people thus quiet, good restaurants around, shops... Pharmacy and shop is like 3 minutes away from hotel. The staff there are wonderful, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was nice, with good coffee, cakes, vegetables and other variety of food. We will definitely come again. Thanks!

Very nice and clean room with comfortable bed. The room is spacious. Location is fantastic, 10 min walk from Trastevere center however very quiet at night. For someone who never sleeps well the first night at a hotel, this hotel made an exception for me and i slept very well for the first time. Staff in the hotel very patient, nice and helpful.

The Vatican

The world’s smallest state is also one of its most attraction-packed spots. As the center of the Catholic Church, Vatican City is full of breathtaking religious architecture and artistic treasures. Must-sees include the imposing St. Peter’s Basilica—so vast that the Statue of Liberty could fit comfortably under its dome—and the mesmerizing frescoes at the Sistine Chapel.

Such a beautiful place, filled with religious history and life. I only wish people visiting treated the Vatican with respect and were quiet. Unfortunately it is treated as a museum and not a church.

After paying $80 for two time-specific tickets, there would have been at least a thousand cued up to enter with thousands already in the complex. It was a "cattle drive" with attendant rushing the mob along. I am a former museum director and this was my worst museum experience. BUT it is the only way to see the Sistine Chapel - also wall-to-wall people.

Reserve tickets especially for the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel, be at least 1. hours before your reserved time and have comfortable walking shoes. Do not visit the Basilica on Wednesday and Sunday mornings ( closed )before at least 1pm - unless you want to see the Pope from the balcony at noon. Be ready for very long queues.

If you want to see the Sistine Chapel , just be prepared that you're going to spend four times as much time getting there parading through the Vatican museum , which has all sorts of stuff that I didn't necessarily associate with the Vatican.

You pay hefty amount to get treated like cattle.

You pay hefty amount to get treated like cattle. You can barely walk inside the museum as there are 1000s of people in the same room as you. In case of an emergency, you will probably be injured, or even worse. Its only about the Vatican making money.

The location was absolutely perfect -- Just in between Piazza Navonna and the Vatican, a few steps from the bridge at Castel Sant'Angelo -- really in the center of everything in Rome! The apartment had everything needed to self-cater and it was nice to have two separate bedrooms (though one was part of the dining area).

We stayed in an apartment on a quiet, gently sloping, and pleasant street very close to the Vatican. It's a five-minute walk from Rome St. Pietro train station, where you can easily catch buses to the city center and connect to trains throughout Italy. The host is very kind and helpful. Self-check-in is also easy. We had a wonderful time as a family. Thank you, Benedetta!

The location is perfect if you are visiting St. Peter's square, the Basilica, the papal crypts or the Vatican museums. If more of your interests are in center Rome, you will be walking a mile from this hotel to the center. The view from the restaurant terrace is amazing - it is the basilica. The staff are pleasant. The breakfast was exceptional - nothing extravagant but very well appointed.

The best location you could get in town. Right in the middle between the Vatican and Rome city. Piazza Navona is 5 min by foot. Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, Vittorio Emmanuele ~20 min by foot. A lot of cute little shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment is clean and cozy. There is no front desk etc. but someone from the property was available 24/7 by WhatsApp. They texted me some days before arrival and let me know all the things we needed to know.

This apartment was absolutely perfect for a short stay in Rome, especially if your goal is to hit all the major tourist highlights (the piazzas, the Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain, and more). We were able to walk to every listed location easily, meaning we had no need for public transportation whatsoever!

This is the perfect little escape from the hustle & bustle of Rome. 10/10 for location in a really quaint neighborhood in Rome and only about a 20 min walk to the Vatican. Check in was very easy and thorough. The apartment was very clean, great amenities & a view over a vineyard (which in the middle of Rome is pretty crazy). I stayed there with my brother & his girlfriend so it's great for 3 people. I'd go back, loved it!
