On New Year's Eve, we arrived in Milan and went straight to the hotel. Everything about the hotel pleasantly surprised us. We were offered dinner, and shortly after, a rooftop party began with champagne and desserts. Everyone was eagerly waiting for the fireworks. The atmosphere on the rooftop was magical, and we absolutely loved it. Watching the fireworks from the rooftop was incredible – the whole of Milan felt like it was at our fingertips. The hotel was perfectly clean and comfortable, including the relaxing lounge area in the lobby. Our room was flawless. The breakfast, the staff – everything was at the highest level. Thank you for an amazing night at this hotel!

Everything is very very good.The hotel is very beautiful and clean like a palace. The Breakfast is fabulous .Every staffs of the hotel is very good and polite. Housekeeping, in the restaurants every one is helpful and polite. In the front office reception Ketiana,Enrico,Kawthar is very very helpful. They are very friendly and helped me very much. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The location is superb—just a short 3 to 5-minute walk to the Duomo and the main shopping areas. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Overall, we had a great stay. The only minor downside was that the breakfast options could be improved.
