Amazing staff and venue. Location is a stones throw away from entrance to Petra (and the Jett bus service). Staff helped me plan and navigate my petra trip with very short notice (they helped me go through the back entrance and start at the monastery). Manager gave me a free courtesy drive to a restaurant to eat and picked me up. Genuinely lovely staff and amazing hotel! Special thanks to Hamza at the receptionist.

The location couldn’t be better, just a few steps from Petra’s main gate. The hotel is clean, well maintained and comfortable, with a great rooftop and convenient parking. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, especially Abdullah at the front desk, who was always helpful, polite and genuinely caring during my stay. He made everything feel easier and more pleasant from check-in onward.

The price is amazing. For dinner, night and breakfast. The meals are on time with Petra opening. The dinner starts before Petra by Night and the breakfast is on time to enter Petra right when it opens. Its the best option to get the most from Petra. Its a 5mn walk for the entrance.

Infinity Lodge was magical. Everything from the best location with views of Petra to being close to the main sites. A family run accommodation with an authentic Jordanian feel. Say yes to the dinner, absolutely fabulous, what a way to unwind after a big day. The room was comfortable, all the staff so welcoming & friendly, fairly priced, only downside is we wished we would’ve stayed longer.

The Hotel is a gem of a place to stay while in Petra. The staff are super friendly, they have a roof top lounge with a fantastic view of the city and the surrounding hills and you can get yourself some local beer and wine too. To top it off, the food is fantastic. The resident chef Ms. Duniya cooked up a storm, which made it convenient for us to sample some amazing local cuisine. They have parking for 4-5 cars in the front and the rest can be parked on the street.

A first point before you start your journey into Petra. Checking ticket as having Jordan Pass that cover this and it got eatery around but quite pricey with service charge. Also have toilet facilities. And souvenir shop.

The hospitality was absolutely amazing, the best I have ever experienced; from a free room upgrade to sensational breakfasts every morning. The staff went above and beyond for us and the room was absolutely perfect. The hotel is very central- a 10 minute walk to the main tourist street and a 5 minute drive to Petra visitor centre. The best hotel experience we have ever had, definitely recommend.

From the moment we entered the reception, staff were attentive and provided really good advice on places, more off the beaten track place to visit, for example little Petra. The hotel provides a good selection for breakfast, and has an average buffet dinner. The best is the location, only a few minutes from the entrance of the Petra visitor centre. Another highlight was the small pool, which was great to have after a long day of walking in Petra. No noise from other rooms. Bathtub.

Very close to the Petra Visitor Centre which is great if, like me, you spent a couple of days thoroughly exploring the site of Petra. Selection of restaurants and a shop near to the hotel Good food served by the hotel. They made me a packed lunch to take with me when I did my first day visit to Petra. I also had a nice big breakfast in the dining area, the following day. Good bunch of gentlemen running the place. The man who checked me in was very helpful and gave me ideas for activities in the local area.

We asked for laundry - this was done in 3 hours (washed, dried, and folded) - incredible! Fantastic location 10 mins walk to Petra Visitor Centre. Next door is a hotel with a bar that serves draft beer (remember this is Jordan...) and 3 minutes away is a restaurant serving bottled beer with dinner.

A very clean place. It is at walkable distance to nearby eateries and a pharmacy. The owner helped with planning the logistics and gave me a local taxi and bus contact, packed breakfast when I had to go out early morning and made sure I was comfortable. In terms of location, this is about 4 km from Petra visitor centre and would cost 5-6 JD one way but still a good deal compared to other options. The local bus stopped in front of the hotel when I had to go to Wadi Rum from Petra. There’s unlimited coffee/tea in the lobby.

The staff were superb. Especially the manager who couldn’t do enough to help us enjoy Petra and the hotel. The breakfast was also excellent It’s a short cab ride to the Petra visitor centre but that allows for some incredible vies. There were 8 of us in our party and without fail we had the best nights sleep of our travels

Mr Ahmad took care of me SO WELL. Accommodated to my early Check-in. Extremely hospitable. Answered all queries that i had as it was my first time in Jordan. I felt really safe as a solo female traveller. Hotel is only a 3-4 minutes drive to the petra visitor centre. My room is HUGE clean and new. Bathroom is clean too, with good water pressure! Thank you once again Mr Ahmad. I most certainly do recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to petra. :)

Reasonably small modern hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff on arrival. Room and bathroom were immaculate. Comfortable bed and good complimentary mini bar. Decent breakfast options with stunning view. Hotel offers shuttle to and from Petra visitor centre, which was very convenient. Good location with multiple nice restaurants within minutes walking distance. Recommend staying here if visiting Petra. (Despite near-by conflict, Jordan is incredibly safe to visit.)
