1. Really good location - easy access to Ueno station (approx 5 min walk), which is a great base to explore Tokyo - close to all the Ueno shops and restaurants but across the road - alot quieter on this side but just 5 mins to the busy part. - 7-11 right outside the hotel - easy access to late night snacks or extra water/drinks or anything you might have forgotten to pack. 2. The staff were really friendly. Always happy to help. 3. Comfy room. Bed was a little on the harder side but still very comfortable

Location is fantastic. You can walk to Akihabara station in no time and have some other metro stations nearby. Akihabara station is Yamanote Line so you can reach anypoint of Tokyo smoothly. You have a lot of izakayas and all the "Konbinis" around the corner (7/11, Family Mart and Lawson). You also have Onsen in the hotel so makes it perfect to relax after walking 20.000 steps in the city or start the day fresh. Everything is super clean and the staff helped us a lot in anything we needed.

The location is amazing, a short walk to Akihabara station and the Asakusabashi station is right behind the hotel. The room is more spacious than expected and compared to other hotels in Japan is good value for money if you have big luggage.

I was so sad I could only stay for one night because I had a great time. The hostel is very well located, just a few minutes from Akihabara station. I felt so safe to be around just females and for my first hostel experience it was great. The pods were quite spacious and the amenities were more than enough. There was nothing missing.

Location is near all major train stations. Akihabara station, Okachimachi station is the nearest to the hotel. Either way both stations almost near the hotel. Kombini is everywhere so it’s convenience to get fast food if you’re hungry. Room size is not too bad since we have 2 large suitcases and 2 cabin suitcases.
