Location is amazing, love that it's right near the Yamanote line Shimbashi station, and this hotel has a bus stop for the Airport Limousine. It was a nice trip from Narita just a couple stops along the way to drop off other travellers. Restaurants and 7Eleven and FamiliyMart nearby. Room was big and clean and comfortable.

It’s a home away from home . Ambience is amazing and courteous and affectionate staff who walk the extra Mike to help willingly . Concierge n u must have exchanged 100 mails … they bought the kabuki tickets , Shinkansen bulket train tickets , for me , I had ordered a wheel chair in Amazon Japan which was delivered without hitch . They booked table in Indian restaurant Gurgaon in ginza which was beyond expectation . They also obliged by escorting my mom who is 80 to the train platform n up onto the train . V dependable staff who make you feel safe in a foreign country and assist with a smile . Great hospitality . If you book before hand zero cancellation the rooms are not v exorbitant . great location, less than a minutes walk to the station with a direct line to Narita Airport which is very convenient. Approximately 5-10 minutes walk to Ginza station is a great hub for accessing the rest of Tokyo. There's lots of Izakaya's and restaurants to suit all tastes nearby so offers a good choice to both regular and first time Tokyo visitors.

The location was excellent - the entrance to Ginza Station is right in front of the hotel and it’s just a short walk to Tokyo Station. Convenience stores like 7-Eleven and FamilyMart are only steps away. The room was compact but very clean and comfortable, and the massage chair was a relaxing bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is a new building, very large rooms for Tokyo standards, the staff were very accommodating to our requests, helping us haul luggage between rooms. We felt very welcome. There are 4 convenience stores (7-11, Lawson) within 2-3 min walk, we would buy eggs and cook them in the room for breakfast, rice cooker, microwave, stove etc are provided. It's a perfect place for families. The hotel is 8-10min walk from Ginza station and 3-5 from Hibashi Ginza, Tsukiji market 10 min away, fantastic location.

  • Tokyo is so easy to navigate.

Tokyo is so easy to navigate. All the stations have English signage and English announcements, the underground metro line and the overground JR lines are interconnected, and all easily colour coded. The PASMO/SUICA IC cards make paying very simple and cheap, without having to worry which ticket to get and where to. There is almost never a delay, and if there is, it is for a few minutes at most, and you will always be on your way in no time. Be careful of the morning rush on the busier lines (like the JR Yamanote and metro Ginza lines) as it is VERY busy and tightly squashed in the trains.
