The hotel was exceptional. The room was very large for Tokyo. The decor of the hotel was really stylish. Beds very cosy, good option to darken the room at night. Staff very nice and professional. Amenities in the bathroom of good quality. Free water, coffee and tea in the room. I also appreciated the iron and ironing board right in the room. The view from the room was breathtaking, very nice seating right by the large window so you could really enjoy the view.

Location is conveniently close to the Tokyo station and city center. The hotel in general looks new and clean. The room is a bit small but understandable for city center location. But it look very clean with all necessary amenities. Breakfast is good especially the buffet one.

The location is outstanding. Very close to Higashi-Ginza station, and a short walk to Ginza station. The reception is located on the second floor. The restaurant is located on the ground floor. We had dinner at the restaurant twice, and the food was of good quality. The bar, located on the same floor as the reception, had live music, and we listened to an excellent saxophone player. The rooms are well-appointed and cleaned daily. All the staff were friendly and very professional.

The place is great, walking distance to ginza and 12 mins walk to central station yet in a quiet area. There was a 7 eleven right across from it and ginza station around 8 mins walk. A lot of good restaurants and coffee options walking distance as well. The room was very clean and spacious compared to japanese room spaces. Staff were really helpful. It also has self service laundry which was very helpful during a long trip. Highly recommended!

great Ginza location at a more reasonable price compared to other similar hotels in the area. Decent room size for Tokyo and a good breakfast included in the price. Easy transfer to the airport on the Keikyu Airport line to Higashi-Ginza station, and a short walk from there

Tokyo is so easy to navigate.

Tokyo is so easy to navigate. All the stations have English signage and English announcements, the underground metro line and the overground JR lines are interconnected, and all easily colour coded. The PASMO/SUICA IC cards make paying very simple and cheap, without having to worry which ticket to get and where to. There is almost never a delay, and if there is, it is for a few minutes at most, and you will always be on your way in no time. Be careful of the morning rush on the busier lines (like the JR Yamanote and metro Ginza lines) as it is VERY busy and tightly squashed in the trains.
