This was a really pretty hotel, the staff was so friendly and understanding. They brought my luggage to my room when I checked in so when I entered the room it was already there for me. Besides that it was so clean and bigger than I expected. Especially for what I paid. You get all the amenities needed so you don't have to bring them yourself.

The staff at night that checked us in knew zero english, although after some back and forth we were able to get it done. The over all facility was amazing, i wish i could keep it a secret because of how nice it is but i cant help but share. We had the room with the dry sauna and it was amazing, we used it every knight we were there. I hope to visit Y-Hotel on my next visit. Only complaint is that we didnt have enough nights im Hiroshima, next time we’ll make sure to stay longer.

    A wonderfully modern hotel, that has a perfect location to Peace park, and is on the number 1 tram line to Hiroshima station. The rooms are the largest I’ve had in Japan on this trip!     Super spacious apartment in the centre of Hiroshima. It’s in a convenient location, not too far from all the relevant spots, including Hiroshima Station. Access to the building and checking in is very easy. The apartment itself has everything you need and is large for Japanese standards. The bathroom is especially convenient!

    Nice hotel in a quiet neighbourghood and a few blocks away from Hiroshima station on foot (10 minutes). Japanese style room with all the amenities of a home. The staff is very helpful but at the same time quite discret.

    Great traditional Japanese room and very spacious! The air conditioning is great and staff give a warm welcome. There's vending machines available for both food and drink as well as an ice machine. We did not really explore the local area too much, but was a short walk to the main Hiroshima station which we did use a few times. A lot of people have commented about the hotel being aged, but I think that's a part of it's charm, definitely worth the price that you pay.

    By Japanese standards the size of the accommodation was exceptionally spacious. Very practical layout with separate bathroom, separate toilet and powder room. Wonderful views of the river. 6 minutes walk from Hiroshima station and 25 minutes walk to Memorials. Stored our bags at the hotel while we went sightseeing.
