The first thing I really liked was that everything was very new and clean and felt luxurious, which makes sense because the hotel just opened earlier this year. The size of the standard room is also larger compared to other "Sotetsu" hotels that I have stayed at. The toilet and shower is in separate rooms, yet they were still very spacious. The bedroom also had an extra space to fit a small couch. The amenities were all provided in the room, such as combs, toothbrushes, towels, etc. And they were just replaced whenever you have housekeeping. There were also plenty of self laundromats in each floor, which was a godsend because I didn't bring enough clothes and I sweated too much everyday. Checking-in and checking out was an easy process, and there was always staff nearby to help. There was also a fitness/gym room but I did not use it during my stay. The location was quite nice. There was a very delicious bakery right at the lobby, as well a restaurant for the breakfast and other meals. The hotel was located on the new Yokohama Front, at the 4th floor. There were plenty of restaurants in the 1st and 2nd floor. There was also a walkway to Yokohama Station, which was very convenient. They also had a luggage storage space near the lobby. The last thing I really liked the most was that there was a grocery right at the back entrance, near the elevator. This grocery helped me get affordable meals and snack when I didn't want to spend too much money. And this grocery is a lot closer than any other convenience store in the area. It was called Bunkado.

First of all, wow. 1st class room with a spectacular view. Although technically not a suite per se, the room had a separate seating area, bed area with projection screen or city view window, a work desk with fridge, and a 2 room bathroom with a skyline view. Clean bleached wood decor, soft lighting, tasteful modern art. All the amenities provided. Pajamas, slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, hair brush, mirror, towels, shaving razor, shaving cream, high end designer shampoo, conditioner, coffee, tea, lots more.

A Luxury Hotel, best service in the city! Large and beautiful rooms, where everything is designed best for full comfort and a luxury atmosphere. Located very close to a train station. The cleaning was excellent, and the staff at the reception were very friendly and kind. Thank you for a lovely stay, no doubt we will come back!

    Great location, I walked there from Yokohama station in about 10-15 mins with my big luggage. This hotel is packed and it's huge. Many locals seems to come for the onsen and pool areas. There was probably 10+ self check in counters and they were busy. Staff was friendly to help in English. Nice walking distance or easy to grab busses from nearby to many nice places. Great restaurants, shopping mall etc. nearby. I stayed on a too floor, and despite of the common tint room, my view was amazing from up there.

    Location behind directly behind Yokohama station is very central. Despite being right next to a nightlife area the rooms are very quiet. The hotel is very new and the rooms for Japanese standards quite big. Very nice modern bathrooms.

    Great spot to sleep after a flight into Haneda before taking onwards train in the morning. Room had everything needed, surprisingly spacious and comfortable bed. Easy walk from Yokohama station - refer to images on hotel’s website for better directions than google maps. Would stay again.

    The Splaisir is at a great location, just 5 minutes away from Yokohama station, with covered walkway and links to all the big shopping malls - NEWoman, Sogo and Takashimaya. There is even a very good bakery within the hotel right next to the reception! The rooms and even the bathrooms are spacious...not a common sight in Japan.

    Two blocks from Chinatown, one block to our cruise ship and next door to the train to Yokohama station and then on to Tokyo. Modern hotel and great facility's, seven floor lounge has a free coffee machine with pods. Even has a Japanese toilet with gadgets, will leave that to your imagination

    The hotel is clean and located 5 minutes away from Shin-Yokohama station. The room is on the small side but comfortable. The breakfast provided has a number options but caters mostly to a Japanese clientele (this is not a bad thing, but foreign visitors may find this different to what they are used to). Overall this Hotel offers a good value-for-money accommodation.
