This place was incredible and such a reasonable price. Beautiful reception area and building in general, friendly staff, and the room was compact but not too small. Great fun having a 12th floor room! Breakfast was extensive Japanese-style, including local speciality sea bream dishes, and some Western-style offerings of yoghurt, compote, eggs, bacon, bread rolls, pastry etc. Location is great- tram stop just outside, only a flat 25 minute walk to the castle ropeway or 20 minute tram to Dogo Onsen. Parking is first come first served but is right next door, and staff validate your ticket for 1000 yen/day (rather than the normal rate of 200 yen/hour). Also self-serve laundry is available for 300 yen/load, plus dryers at 100 yen/30 minutes.

Every staff were very kind and helpful. The room was very comfortable to stay. Location was good enough to find, and there were convenient shp nearyby, and many restaurants. Parking was good enogh as described. Hotel parking is limited but nearby parking area was good enough to park my rental car with the same 800yen per night as described.

Breakfast was good, bathroom had secure handle, you could forward your suitcase (luggage) and the workers could speak English. Room was good size and they had one tv canal in English (pity it was CNN).

The location of the hotel is just amazing. Right next to Okaido station and a beautiful shopping street, full of shops and restaurants. The ropeway to Matsuyama castle is also a short walk away. The hotel is stylish, the staff were really helpful and the ofuro is a nice bonus.

Very helpful staff. Great location with a private onsen as part of the hotel. Beautiful rooms and very tranquil. Location within 5 minutes of Dogo Onsen. Easy to get to on the tram as goes to Matsuyama station and the castle. Lots of restaurants close by and coffee bars.

It's location is its best asset being right above the station, giving easy access to Matsuyama station, Dogo Onsen, and Matsuyama castle. You also get a good view of the castle the room as well. It has its own onsen which I didn't use since I went to Dogo onsen. The staff seemed very well versed with dealing with clients, and were very professional. I also lost my room key and they kindly provided me a new one. Matsuyama city in general really surprised me with how friendly people were. A good business hotel overall.

Very helpful staff. Can take tram from Matsuyama station to Katsuyamacho stop, then a 5 minute walk, plenty of options for Japanese style breakfast and free drinks at happy hour, elevator, with good wifi, small fridge and kettle. Also provide alternative pillows and pyjamas in the lobby downstairs!

Lovely part-tatami room in a ryokan in the Dogo Onsen area of Matsuyama. The location is great with the Dogo Onsen Honkan, shopping area and tram stop all within 5 minutes' walk. There is also easy access by tram to sights and restaurants in central Matsuyama, as well as Matsuyama Station. Breakfast was great, the onsen and garden were nice for relaxing and the staff were helpful.

The hotel is an excellent location, super close to the Matsuyama Station (about 15-16 min walk). The hotel staff were kind and helpful and the room was really spacious and comfortable. The pillows were super comfortable and the WiFi was quite fast as well.
