Good hospitality, hotel staffs are extremely helpful and proactive. Given a complimentary ride to metro station and sending us to OCAT bus terminal early in the morning. The hotel provides complimentary beverages which is a plus point and there is a pool table & massage chairs to relax after a long day.

    The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable and was equipped with a laundry, bedside cabinets and kitchen. The host was very helpful and responsive. The location is good, with convenience stores being less than a 5 minute walk away and namba station is a 11 minute walk away.

    The property is bigger than most hotels in Japan that’s why I felt lucky that the unit is available for booking. It is close to Namba Station and only a few minutes walk to Dotonbori. There is Lawson Konbini near the building and a lot of delicious Restaurants nearby.

    Very close proximity to Namba station. Especially good if you’ve done your 30k steps in a day. I do love the area as I can explore at night and I feel safe knowing that I can easily go back to the hotel quickly. There’s 2 drugstores for tax free shopping and family mart for your late night cravings

    The location and amenities were great. Everything was very modern which made our stay easier and more enjoyable compared to other hotels, there were USB ports to charge your phones and screen share available on the tv. The Lawson out the front was incredibly handy for good, drinks and an ATM. We caught the rapi:t train from Kansai airport and it was a quick walk to hotel, Namba station and Dotonburi were also very accessible so we had no issues getting around.

    I had a japanese style room and it was very cute and clean. The staff I encountered were friendly, the hotel had good complementary products and the shower was nice. It was a really pleasant visit. The location was also very good, right next to Namba Station.

    Great location next to Namba Station. Fantastic views of Osaka skyline from the rooms on the higher floors. As clean and well organised as other APA hotels. Efficient automatic checkin booths. I didn't buy the breakfast so I can't review it.

    Great location just a short walk to Namba Station and close to shopping. The room was very clean and well-maintained. Bed and pillows were comfy not too small or too soft like typical Japanese hotels. I appreciated the amenities like the Hair straightener/curler, air purifier, and foot massage! Would definitely stay here again.
