The room was very spacious. There was both a conventional bedroom with western style beds and a tatami mat room with foutons. The living room and kitchen were very well stocked, very large. The location is amazing, a short walking distance from odawara station and right in front of osaka castle. Would definitely recommend this place.

The hotel is just 5 min from Odawara station, just in front of the old castle. All rooms has windows with a clear view of castle's garden and the main bastion. All rooms were super clean. Furniture and electrical stuff were in perfect condition. Just bear in mind, that it would be difficult to check-in in the evening, because there might be no stuff to meet you. In any case, I would definitely return to this hotel one more time if I see Odawara again!

Best hotel on our 4 weeks trip! Nice reception by English speaking staff, large room. Everything was new, highest quality and super clean. Sleeping on futons was a nice experience, but 2 nights was enough for me, not being used to it. The hotel is in walking distance to Odawara station, the castle (which you can see from the room) and the beach. Highly recommended!

    The hotel was in an idyllic location on a picturesque river. The hotel had its own Onsen and foot bath that were incredibly relaxing. The service was first class and the staff were very helpful and assisted without shuttle requirements to Gora and Odawara stations. The room was incredible as was the restaurant!

    Excellent hotel by the Lake Ashi. Free shuttle bus to/from Odawara Station and Motohakone where you can take a 10 mins walk to Hakone Shrine, Torii of Peace and catch the Sight Seeing Cruise. Had 4 beds in our room, still felt spacious. Very clean - perfect for family stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet had plenty of choice.

    Spacious rooms, generous dinner portions and two different types of onsens (indoors and outdoors) made this an ideal getaway from the fast paced cities of Japan. Only a walk away from the cable car and well connected with a bus to other points of interest and Odawara Station rendered the location convenient.

    We totally enjoyed onsen facilities, it was a great experience. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. The nature around the hotel is great. Very nice the offered shuttle service to and from the hotel to Odawara station and the saroundig area.

    Very good and clean onsen. Room was big and spacious. The open-air bathtub is cool. View from the lobby is amazing when weather is good, and location is close to the Hakone ropeway and lake Ashi. The hotel provide shuttle from the hotel to Odawara station.

    The private onsens in the rooms are exceptional! Lovely location to relax and unwind. The staff were also very helpful in helping us book a taxi to Odawara station as we had too much luggage to get the bus and train.

    Wonderful location! Room enormous compared to Japanese hotel standards. Beds comfy. Onsen is excellent as well, I became a big big fan. We also used the shuttles to Motohakone and then to Odawara station, always on time and very handy.

    The hotel is located just by Lake Ashi and it is very convenient to have pirate ship cruise from here. Also, the hotel operates shuttle service for free which made it really easy for us to catch our train from odawara station. The best part about the hotel is the staff which is very helpful and kind.
