Hotel Staff. On our trip from airport, we forgot out backpacks in the train (Narita Express). Hotel staff, connected to JR lost and found office, our lost items were found on the train's final station (Ofuna). Staff members gave me the route how to reach Ofuna station and numbers of our claims. One hour later our backpacks were successfully recovered!

"It was a true pleasure to stay at this magnificent hotel. The grand architecture allows you to feel the rich history of the property. The service was impeccable. We stayed in a room with a view of the bay and the vista was stunning. We also visited the main wing, where we sat and admired the beautiful trees of Yamashita Park, an unforgettable experience. We savored a delicious Japanese-style breakfast, beautifully presented, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The location couldn’t be better, with views of the bay and the Yamashita Park, and just minutes from Minatomirai, Motomachi, Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse, Yokohama Museum of Art, Chinatown, among other attractions. We spent three unforgettable days at this hotel and are truly grateful for the experience.

The first thing I really liked was that everything was very new and clean and felt luxurious, which makes sense because the hotel just opened earlier this year. The size of the standard room is also larger compared to other "Sotetsu" hotels that I have stayed at. The toilet and shower is in separate rooms, yet they were still very spacious. The bedroom also had an extra space to fit a small couch. The amenities were all provided in the room, such as combs, toothbrushes, towels, etc. And they were just replaced whenever you have housekeeping. There were also plenty of self laundromats in each floor, which was a godsend because I didn't bring enough clothes and I sweated too much everyday. Checking-in and checking out was an easy process, and there was always staff nearby to help. There was also a fitness/gym room but I did not use it during my stay. The location was quite nice. There was a very delicious bakery right at the lobby, as well a restaurant for the breakfast and other meals. The hotel was located on the new Yokohama Front, at the 4th floor. There were plenty of restaurants in the 1st and 2nd floor. There was also a walkway to Yokohama Station, which was very convenient. They also had a luggage storage space near the lobby. The last thing I really liked the most was that there was a grocery right at the back entrance, near the elevator. This grocery helped me get affordable meals and snack when I didn't want to spend too much money. And this grocery is a lot closer than any other convenience store in the area. It was called Bunkado.

    The location was very central and very close to the Sakuragicho Station. The city view was very nice. Check-out was at 11:00 am which is a very good time, we could enjoy a little bit the room after the breakfast. Breakfast was also good. Also we celebrated our 10 years anniversary and the hotel prepared us a nice surprise, thank you very much for that!!!

    The upgraded room was well equipped and spacious for luggage space. The location is just next to JR Sakuragicho station@exit ..New South exit . However one may lost the direction when using the subway exit back to the hotel. Level B1 subway is closed at 730pm. Will highly recommend for both Solo traveller and family to try this hotel when visiting Yokohama.

    Really nice hotel in Minatomirai. One Block away from the Minatomirai subway station and not too far from Sakuragichō Station. Plus, it's conveniently connected to the latter by a walkway. The room itself was beautiful and spacious, with a nice view of the Yokohama skyline.

    A great location! Yokohama Royal Park Hotel is located directly above Yokohama Landmark Plaza, which connects to many other shopping centres and metro stations (e.g. Sakuragicho Station), making it a great starting point to explore other parts of Yokohama. Our room was spacious and had a stunning view of Yokohama, and the staff were super helpful, especially during checkout when we were struggling with our luggage.

    Located near Sakuragicho Station accessible through an overhead bridge from the station and is at close proximity to the Bay/Red Brick Warehouse. A much lovelier location than anywhere near the main station. I loved the view from the hotel balcony, the fact that it had a kitchen, washer dryer and a separate shower in the bathroom.

    The hotel has very good location close to Sakuragicho station. It is ideal especially if you want a quiet area and still stay very central. There are many coffee shops and restaurants around. The room was spacious, very clean and had a separate area with a working desk. It is a great hotel where you can rest and sleep without surrounding noise. They also have a restaurant where they serve great coffee and sweets. I would choose this hotel any time again when in Yokohama.
