The cleaning staff and the restaurant staff were really good as well as being friendly. They literally could not do enough for me, in order to make my stay a good one. Free drinks and snacks in the evening were also much appreciated after long days out with my Japanese family. The larger bed was super comfortable. Hotel is conveniently located a short walk from JR Sannomiya station. Hotel design and furnishing are fairly elegant 3. Each floor has an added layer of security, entering from the elevators. 4. Onsen is fairly large, and has both hot and cold pools, which I haven't seen in many hotels in Japan which I've stayed at before. 5. (So close that you may hear the trains at night, but I didn't particularly mind.) Nice to have a small bathtub and fancy Japanese toilet.
