Hotel in a very centric location, next to the Yokohama Station. Rooms are quite small but it is like that in all Japan. You feel safe and comfortable. Staff was always helpful and nice all the time. One of the best hotels I have stayed at in Japan. Location excellent, only a few minutes walk from Shin Yokohama Station, a few different convenience stores right nearby, restaurants, etc., all within a few minutes easy walking distance. The hotel itself was excellent, clean and comfortable, quiet, with a daily cleaning service. Anything I thought I needed, it was there. Will happily book a room here again.

Close to Shin Yokohama Station, very near one of the subway exits. The staff was friendly. The room had all the essentials you will find in accommodations in Japan, and is also quite small - this is more of a place for business travel and short stays.

Helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Nice cafe. Located 5 min walk from Shin Yokohama station, shopping mall and convenience store. Staff hed bags after checkout, booked or taxi and made sure the driver understood our destination. Would recommend.

Near shin Yokohama station with many small supermarkets nearby. Starbucks too. The hotel is basic and functional. Located within an office district. Not too quiet even after 9pm.

Picked this hotel mainly because it’s near the live venue (Yokohama Arena) and there’s limousine bus service( you have to book or buy the ticket at the airport separately). Hotel is located between arena and shin Yokohama station, pretty convenient and lots of restaurants/eateries nearby.
