Staff are very friendly and try their best to give 100% to guests. The room we has is considered spacious and clean, big TV too. The location was easy to get to Shinjuku station and was selected for the main reason that it is near coach stops to get to Haneda airport which is a big deal flying back overseas after a long trip in Japan. The Choi-sobu Line goes directly to Akihabara and Shinjuku Station. There is also a 7/11 convienience store just outside the hotel for snacks or meals. The beds are lovely, you will sleep like a dream, especially if you like a bit of firmness like I do. The single beds are very wide and spacious. Amazing views from the hotel room as the lobby is on the 20th floor. The breakfast was very nice with a good selection and again amazing views of Tokyo. It was about a 10mins walk to the Godzilla statue and major attractions within Shinjuku.
