Superb location - just inside the JR tower, a 2-minute walk from JR station. Surrounding with lots of shopping areas, including underground shopping - good for finding a place for valuable breakfast. Great staff - very polite and helpful

The receptionist who checked us in was so friendly, and the hotel is super clean, had a little tub in the shower, beds were comfy for me, pillows were not bad I still had a good sleep. I usually wear an earplug to sleep but the two nights we stayed I never wear them cus the location, altho it's in between odori and susukino, it was sooo quite.

The hotel was close to the train station, and had a 7-11 right next door that could be accessed without even leaving the hotel. The room was spacious, with a large selection of amenities. The hotel staff was very helpful and polite. The onsen was very enjoyable.Their breakfast buffet had many options, and I was happy to find a selection of local dishes.
