Really directly connected to Tachikawa station. Many eating places around (lovely bakery just downstairs). Staff were very helpful even when some had issues with English (they always tried their best). Some said the room was small but my room had enough space to put 2 luggages (I asked for an extra luggage rack). It wasn’t “spacious” in that sense, but definitely not as tight as many other Japanese hotels we’ve been to. Amenities provided were pretty good (Pola toiletries and even bath salts!). The room had an electric kettle and hairdryer. You take the tea and drip coffee bags from the lobby. There is also a simple coffee machine in the lobby. Room was clean and comfortable… we had a good stay!

As soon as I walked in, was helped by a nice gentleman. Even though my Japanese is atrocious, he could clearly communicate the check in process and what was available to me. Room is what you expect in Japan (a bit on the small side) but had everything I needed. Location is a short walk from the station but is a little bit tricky to find. Very close to conbinis and a number of restaurants and video arcades to kill time.
