Gorgeous hotel with great modern vibes! Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, able to communicate in English with ease. Booked 2 twin rooms and requested one with a big bed (for 2 year old toddler, they are kids friendly!), while the other with 2 single beds. Rooms were quite spacious and clean, and the one with single beds even came with tub. Walking distance to various stations in Ueno (5/7/10min depending on which line) and there's a 7-11 just a two min walk away. Vending machines, gym, washer/dryer (need to pay) and free microwave available at level 2, with a lounge for you to chill at. Would definitely return for a stay if I'm around the area.

Superior Room have great view of Tokyo SkyTree. The room was very spacious for Japanese standards. Really good value for money. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

    All staff are very friendly and welcoming. Free amenities were superb - 24-hours available, free coffee / tea, toiletries, free water bottle, and amenities inside the room. I loved the smart tv and coin laundry! Also, the hotel location is very good, neat Ueno Station (easy to find), near shops and convenient stores.

    Location, proximity of the hotel to the subway and a bigger Ueno station (25-30min walking distance) Towels changed every day. Staff are helpful. There is also a mini-conbini 24/7 in the hotel lobby where you can get many things at the self checkout :)

    The hotel is in an excellent location, situated very close to Ueno Station, which is ideal for travel. It's also conveniently located next to 7 Eleven and Lawson convenience stores, which is perfect for quick purchases. The room was exceptionally clean, fully equipped, and the beds were comfortable. Overall, this is a great choice for a stay in Tokyo.

    Wow! Such amazing accomodation. We are a family of 4 from Australia so we’re expecting smaller hotel rooms but this was huge. The location was incredible. 2 min walk to 7-11, 5 min walk to Ueno Station and 15 min walk to Ameyoko shopping markets. The little kitchenette area and washing machine were super helpful and the aircon was incredible. Can’t recommend enough. Absolutely loved staying in Ueno and in Ostay Ueno. Will be back for sure and recommending for everyone!!!

    Hotel Graphy is nestled in a lovely local neighborhood near Ueno Park and Yanaka. Great walks to find awesome food, green spaces and coffee nearby. The staff at the hotel are amazing. The room was clean and serviced daily. Great little cafe that serves a simple but delicious breakfast and good coffee and drinks. Excellent facilities including laundry and shared kitchen and lounge. 5 mins walk to Nezu subway station. 10-15 mins walk to Ueno stations.
