it was very convenient apartment, clean, good size, good location. Very good quality washing machine with dryer, big plus that hotel printed out instruction in English. I didn't have any issues with this place, it felt like home.

    Family size room on the top floor corner was a bit more spacious than your typical Tokyo room, with 3 beds and a couch, and also a little wrap around balcony. Location was really excellent, close to Ueno station and Ueno park, in a very quiet neighbourhood with a small grocery nearby (and of course 7-11 and Lawson). Easy to walk to busy areas for restaurants and night life, and easy to get to trains for activities during the day.

    The location was great. Easy access to the Yamanote Line and a short walk away from Ueno Park. We only stayed here for 1 night before our flight home as it was convenient. We shipped our luggage to the hotel from Takayama and had no problems.

    Hotel Graphy is nestled in a lovely local neighborhood near Ueno Park and Yanaka. Great walks to find awesome food, green spaces and coffee nearby. The staff at the hotel are amazing. The room was clean and serviced daily. Great little cafe that serves a simple but delicious breakfast and good coffee and drinks. Excellent facilities including laundry and shared kitchen and lounge. 5 mins walk to Nezu subway station. 10-15 mins walk to Ueno stations.

    Great hotel, close to Ueno Park with many museums and Yanaka. Very easy to get to from Narita Airport (Skyliner). Rooms are rather small but very clean. The restaurant offers lovely food. Would definitely stay here again.

  • Wear VERY good walking shoes.

    Wear VERY good walking shoes. Ueno Park and Asakusa are great places to walk around on foot. But you are going to have to use public transportation at some point on your trip.
