Great location to Ueno station, 10 minute walk. Lots of shopping and food options nearby. Easy Uber eats delivery. Staff were wonderful caring and understanding when we had flight issues. Organised bag transfers for us. Rooms were comfy for family of 4, beds comfy. Bunks for kids and a good seating area. Large size fridge and decent kitchenette.

Location - really close to the Akihabara station, Tsukuba Express (to Asakusa), and Iwamotochou Station (going to Shinjuku) Facilities/Room - they have a lounge in case you want to eat your store-bought food (they have appliances you can use) or work with your laptop. They have their own coin laundry. the room has a cozy industrial chic interior feel to it. the bathroom is a little spacious ands the bathtub has a decent size. the bed is firm and I was able to sleep easily. Amenities - they have a wide array of things you might need in their amenity buffet that I regret bringing too much of my own toiletries. you can also borrow stuff like nail clippers or an umbrella. Staff - very helpful in many ways. probably one of the noteworthy things to mention during my stay. they helped me contacting a delivery service because I had too much stuff to bring home. they helped me book a taxi going home. most of all, some of the staff speak Filipino. :)
