Very nice and friendly staff. Especially receptionist Aliya was very helpful and kind. She made us feel at home. It was a pleasure to meet her. The hotel is very clean and the location is very central. We also liked the lounge where you can enjoy tea or coffee, free of charge.

Everything about this hotel is 5 stars.The rooms are very quiet, clean, and as comfortable as a 5 star hotel. The restaurant is incredible. Breakfast is a large variety for every culture visiting. I stayed for 7 days and ate lunch amd breakfast there most of time. The chef is phenomenal. The flavors and portions of every meal were impressive. The restaurant was also a 5 star experience. The fitness center, sauna and massage services were also exceptional. Though the hotel is about 20 minutes from the city center, it is well worth staying here and using the Yandexgo app for taxi service. I recommend Garden Hotel and Spa to all Bishkek visitors. It's an excellent hotel.

Very beautiful hotel. New and clean. It has 24-hour coffee, tea and snacks. It is located in a central area. To leave you in Yandex you will put the address Baitik Baatyr 3/2. The room is excellent, very comfortable bed. Beautiful bathroom. Nice breakfast!
