Charming hotel with 5 star hospitality Fortunately, booked 3 nights in this charming  hotel. We had the last room in the corridor on the first floor and had a lovely little terrace, next to the room. They provide all tour options at very competitive prices. They make you feel at home from the start with their welcome drink. Took up the Car Airport pick up and Tuk tuk for their City tour on the first day and the next day went on the Small circuit temple with Banteay Srei tour. APOPO stop in the City tour was definitely the star attraction. Got the day Angkor Wat entry tickets online. Better to start the tours, early to beat the afternoon heat even in November. The little swimming pool was useful after the tours and we enjoyed the massage service, provided via the hotel. The hotel got us the Phare circus tickets for one night and it's best to go earlier, as they have few other dance performances besides and good eating options prior to the main show. Had dinner on the last night in the hotel itself and it was superb. Booked the morning bus out to Phnom Penh via the hotel. Note that the hotel has two sections and one side does have not have a lift facility. There is a nearby 7- Eleven to buy any essentials. The whole experience made the short trip even more memorable than just a place to visit stunning temples.

An amazing hotel! It has everything you need—beautiful and cozy rooms, a huge and comfortable bed, and great cleanliness. However, the best part was definitely the staff—so kind, helpful, and attentive. They even remembered our names! The food was excellent, and we especially loved the breakfast soup, which we’ll definitely miss back home. Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay!

Wonderful site.

Wonderful site. The biggest and best preserved relic of that era hundreds of years ago. Most of the time one can escape the crowds and have some moments of peace, especially away from the center of the site.

This is an amazing place that should be visited several...

This is an amazing place that should be visited several times. The government managed tourist pass can cover three days which provides access to the temple area of Seim Reap. I recommend a first visit with a government registered guide. Then return on later days to wander and really immerse yourself in the history. Make sure your camera is ready to take a lot of photos because you will find yourself snapping shots very quickly and often.

Choose a sun rise tour.

Choose a sun rise tour. I would recommend to get a 3 day pass. Day one go for a short circuit sun rise tour. Day 2 go for a long circuit guided tour. On the day 3, rent a bike and explore the place yourselves.

If you plan to visit during sunrise, make sure to bring a flashlight. to help you walk down the dark road from the parking area. Read the signage or follow the crowds to find out where you should be for the sunrise.

Everything is nice and we'll maintained, it looks more like a 4* hotel than a hostel! The shared bathroom iss big and clean, comfortable beds with own space and big lockers . The rooftop pool and the bar are just amazing! You have free drinking water. The staff is so kind and lovely, in particular Mr Visal who helped me to book the tour in Angkor wat, he suggested me where to change the money and gave me advices for the city as well!

We had a great stay at the community hotel! First of all - the staff is extremely friendly and responsive, we really want to thank Sophie and all the others who made our stay so pleasant! Location is great, not too far from Angkor Wat and just a short ride from city center. Lobby area was stunning! The staff really took care of hospitality and small details, like placing fresh folded lotus flower everywhere, welcome drink and fruits and daily free tea hour. Really great experience!

My first time at a party hostel; my bunkmates were decent so I didn’t have any trouble. The shower was really good! I used to look forward to shower every day and night :D. The location of the hostel is perfect. I won’t stay here again as I’m not a party person but if you like drinks and meaningless banter, you’d love it here. Their sunrise Angkor wat tour is good but you can find a better place outside. Overall, given the hostel setup, I felt they offered free drinks occasionally in exchange of higher prices for other services.

An uber classy, sleak, 5 star hotel, equidistant from both Angkor Wat and the Old Market. The design is beautiful, industrial chic, but not over the top, and perfectly integrared into the landscape. The rooms are clean and elegant, and the private plunge pool are awesome. The food is delicious and the staff are lovely. It's also good value for money. I would return without a doubt.

A lovely hotel which is part of a chain in the city. This had only been open a short while and it had that new feeling. My room was lovely clean and everything worked. The staff were amazing and helpful. They organised for me to go on a tour to Angkor Wat.

Excellent location, very close to Angkor Wat. The hotel organizes everything for you, from the airport pickup to the tour at Angkor Wat. It's super clean, beds are very comfy and the shower is great. The food at the restaurant is particularly good, specially the Cambodian specialities. Since we visited in rainy season we spent most of the time at the hotel and we are very grateful we had everything we needed at the hotel.

Do take a guided tour of the temples but not with Siem Reap Shuttle Tours - such an amazing place to visit with so much to learn and discover...shame we had the tour guide from "I don't like you because you won't buy the expensive lunch on offer" so he from then on hardly spoke to us! Incredibly rude and spoilt what should have been one of our best explorations. Out of eight people on the tour we were the only two to stick it out till the end as we only had the one day to see as much as we could...we then had to watch many programmes on Angkor Wat to find out what we had just seen! A big shame.
