Fantastic hotel for a good price, the staff is super helpful, we especially want to thank Sak Ousaphea, who answered all our questions, responded to all comments, recommended great places for dinner. The hotel is in a good location, clean, has everything you need - comfortable rooms, large swimming pool, rich and delicious breakfast. I highly recommend it.

If you are planning a stay in Siem Reap, then I can highly recommend the Dusit Hotel. Where should I start? I felt at home all around, from the communication before the trip to the transport from the airport to the hotel, everything went excellently. The staff at the reception, who do their job around the clock with great friendliness, are very helpful. The rooms are large and clean, and the chambermaids also work quickly and do their job very well. The location of the hotel is excellent, it is right in the center. Many restaurants, shops, religious sites and also the National Museum are within walking distance. I had forgotten my health insurance card in the hotel during my stay. I was then contacted by Chariya and Lisa via WhatsApp and asked if I still needed it or if they should destroy the card. I was also offered to have it sent to my address in Germany. This is a great service. Every hotel can be proud to have such motivated employees!

Excellent hotel superb friendly and helpful staff. From the moment you arrive, they are so accommodating and welcoming. Brought a welcome drink on arrival and some fruit and a mango juice on check out. They helped sort me a tuk tuk to my airport transfer for free. They always said hello as you passed by and were just wonderful. The location is great for evening activities like the circus, pub street and night markets - all walkable or very short tuk tuk ride. It's also very central for day trips and tours pick ups. It's on a lovely street with fairy lights and lots of food places, bars or markers around. Very safe area. Easy distance to Angkor Wat. 5 min walk to pub street. Small pool area, very chill and lots of shade. Quiet, private rooms. A lovely, lovely stay. The staff make this hotel so great!

It was like stepping back in time to some kind of tropical fantasy. The (modern construction) traditional architecture and landscaping was exactly the kind of escapist dream I was hoping for on my first visit to Cambodia. A haven of tranquillity from the noise and bustle right outside; excellent location with tourist stuff and other restaurants and bars nearby.

Best place I stayed in Cambodia! Love the local community support aspect of the hotel. The receptionist couldn’t have been more helpful, giving me a sewing kit to repair my trousers. The room was very spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. They made sure I was ok all the time. Booked my ticket for the circus. You are close to Pub street and the market, but far enough away that it is quiet. Would stay here again with no hesitation,

The pool area is beautiful, shaded area and jungle-esque. The staff are very warm, attentive and friendly. The rooms are high quality - very modern and nicely decorated. There was an issue with our room, and they had no problem moving us to a different one in the middle of the night and they offered us a free massage to compensate. The location is really good - close to the night market, pub street and food court. It’s definitely the best hotel we stayed in Cambodia and well worth the money!

Location was great - walking distance to pub street and on night market street. Lots of good restaurants and cafes nearby. Hotel restaurant is also good - we went for breakfast & drinks. Facilities including pool & spa were also fantastic. Staff will go above and beyond to help you and greetings are always warm. Would recommend the made in Cambodia market - Dara was very helpful as a shoutout :)

The pool area is gorgeous with good pool side food! The staff were so kind and helpful, some of the nicest people we met in Cambodia! Good location, about a 7 min walk to pub street but the location of the hotel is really nice and quiet

The best part was definitely the kindness of everyone — the staff are truly wonderful people! The service is 10/10. I loved the hotel’s architecture; it makes you feel connected to Cambodia’s nature while still being right in the city, surrounded by shops and restaurants, and very close to Pub Street (highly recommend the Greek restaurant there!). The breakfast buffet was fantastic — you choose what you’d like, and they prepare it fresh for you. Delicious and varied!

All the staff was wonderful. Super polite and helpful. The hotel is situated in a good spot. A short ride to Pub Street. There is a small mall with a cinema just down the road. The food and drinks we tried were lovely. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. The coffee was very weak, so I paid extra for a cappuccino. Items changed daily. The pool was clean, and sunbeds were comfy. The one-bedroomed apartment was huge and had a balcony. Lots of space. The kitchen seemed well equipped. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept really well.

Lovely staff, clean rooms, pool was refreshing. Not far from pub street, heaps of tuk tuks or a 15 minute walk. Special mention to the most beautiful BORen, a lovely Cambodian lady who will make you the most delicious cocktails with a huge smile on her face. Really recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel in great location. Approximately 6-7 minute walk to Pub Street area and market and the Royal Palace and river in opposite direction. Breakfast was very good with Cambodian dishes, Asian and Western dishes. The staff were excellent throughout the hotel looking after the most minute detail, nothing was too hard for them and always had a beautiful smile on their faces.

Pub street is great, but the food is small portions and expensive in all the restaurants along there, try and eat further out in the surrounding area. Get yourself some crickets, they're delicious!
