The property is terrific, as you can see in the photos online, but, I would like to give feedback regarding my experience there. This was my first time in busan, and they gave me a warm welcome, even before I walked to the entrance, throughout the stay and even after I checked out they still took care of calling taxi for me. They also took care of my request and gave me the room with the view I wanted. I’m super grateful. As for the room: -the view of the haeundae beach is stunning -super comfy pillows -dessert table with daily desserts -bath salts -nespresso machine +coffee capsules As for location of hotel: -it is at the left end of the beach, you can use the beach entrance to go to the beach -has 2 metro stations withing walking distance (haeundae station & jung dong station) -near other attractions like busan x sky, blueline skycapsule, sealife aquarium, knotted cafe

    Well located to the beautiful beaches and BEXCO but a bit further to city center. Impossible to have both in such huge city. I like the room which was located almost at the top of the building. It was clean, big and well equiped with functional AC, fridge and even washing machine. The staff was friendly and it was possible to speak English with them.

    Very large room with plenty of space for clothes and luggage. It has a large bathroom. Very clean, towels changed every day. My room also has great views. The location was very convenient for the bexco venue, just a street away.

    Great location for a concert at Bexco. Staff were very welcoming. I think we were moved to a suite and it was huge with a kitchen. Bed very comfortable. It’s a subway ride away from Busan central but easy to get to with lots around it.

    The location was excellent! Bexco was just across the road, subway station was just a short 1 min walk from hotel lobby side entrance, and Lotte/Shinsegae malls was just a 5mins walk away! Room was also nicely scented with room diffuser. Size of room was big enough with a counter top for dining, large fridge, cooking stove and sofa to watch TV. Bed was big enough and comfortable too!

    Great location for attending conference at BEXCO which was a 2 min walk opposite. These rooms are sublet within the Haeundae Centum Hotel and are great. Perfect location, comfy rooms, restaurant, coffee shop and convenience store on the ground floor and lots of restaurants nearby. Take exit 3 from Centum City station and it is a 3 minute walk! Will definitely be back for the next conference!

    I visited for business, and the location was very convenient as the subway station was very close, witch makes it easy to go to BEXCO. The accomodation is also within a short distance of both Haeundae beach and Gwangalli beach, making it ideal for both business and travel purporses. It's rare to find a hotel with an iron, but having a steam iron available was incredibly useful. This accom was well-maintained, and I had a comfortable stay without any inconvenience. Highly recommended!
