My stay at Signiel Seoul was absolutely exceptional and exceeded all my expectations. The view from the room was breathtaking – the panoramic skyline of Seoul from such a height is something I will never forget. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable – both the rooms and common areas were spotless. The hotel staff deserves special recognition for their incredible courtesy, helpfulness, and constant warm smiles. The rooms were spacious, elegantly designed, and extremely comfortable. The mattresses were outstanding, providing a restful and rejuvenating sleep. The food was another highlight – whether dining at the hotel’s restaurants or ordering through room service, every meal was meticulously prepared and absolutely delicious. Everything was great , the staff the room the service Everything, exceed my expectations and the rooms was very clean , the concierge staff was very helpful.

Excellent service from front desk to concierge to Porter (esp Jin)…all with a smile! Breakfast was superb with abundant choices. Dim sum at the lounge was excellent. Bed was comfy. I like that it’s bathroom has both bathtub & shower unit. Super location with plentiful shopping.

I am traveling with my 83yr old mother needing assistance walking. Met the GM of the hotel and he is so kind to help & assisting us with such sincerity.

I was on the 21st floor and although restricted the view was still very nice over Seoul city. The bathroom was clean and the beds were comfortable. Couldn't fault the hotel at a very reasonable price!

whenever I am in Seoul, I always stay in this branch of L7. The location is excellent. It's very close to Seolleung Station, it has plenty of shops, and coffee shops around the street, and there is plenty of good restaurant across the road as well. There is a 7 eleven in the basement of the building, and two CU branches on the same street. I love the staff and the facilities, the hotel has a great laundry room and gym. The room is a good size for two people, it's a beautiful modern room and very clean. The room is very quiet and the windows give a gorgeous view of the city.
