AustraliaBreakfast was great, a korean style breakfast. The staff were very friendly and gave us an upgrade to a corner suite. We could get great views of our first night in Seoul.
The room was very large, two toilets. Great for a family.

United KingdomStunning hotel. Wonderful design. Very arty. Beautifully presented. Huge rooms with amazing views. We decided to spoil ourselves by booking The Fairmont and we felt spoiled. Wonderful roof top cocktail bar. Views of the river and other sky-scrappers, very dramatic. Loved my room.
The shopping plaza connected to the hotel is very classy. We spent a lot of time there and not normally my thing.

I like their friendly staff, delicious breakfast, clean room, very near to a lot of good café and only 12 minutes walk to Hongik University station. Definitely will stay here for my next trip.

Its name has a hostel in it but is a simple no frill hotel. Quite clean and a super excellent location right next to the subway station (Hongik University). The entire stretch of Red Road and Hongdae food street and fashion street are some of the best hangout places and connectivity to Seoul station and KTX is super (2 stations). Great place to be if someone wants to be around Hongik University. Not far from Seoul shopping areas also if someone wants to avoid staying at Myeong Dong while wishing to stay close

The host is fast in responding and can accomodate to last min request. Super friendly and helpful! Location is walking distance to nearest train station Hongik University Station (Exit 1). CU mart, GS25 is walking distance. The property has 3 rooms, enough to accomodate 3-4 person. Cute and decent house just there is no stairs (unit is at level 2). Very comfortable, host provide enough necessities such as towels, face towels, hair dryer and appliances.

The house is cozy, clean, spacious, with washer machine and iron. It’s truly just 10 seconds away from Hongik University Station, with direct access from the station itself. For those who prefer to take the bus, the bus stop is only a 5 minute walk away. Hongdae’s shopping street is just a 10 minute walk from the house, yet the surrounding area is calm and not too busy perfect for travelers who want convenience without the noise. Highly recommended!

Nice apartment just across from Hongdae shopping street. Short walk to Hongik University train station.
Nice comfortable beds with heating mattress pads. There is even a water dispenser which means no need to boil water! I will definitely recommend this apartment if you are planning to stay around Hongdae area.

The location is exceptional, to experience Hongdae, especially after dark when the place teems with life is quite memorable! My room was lovely and surprisingly quiet at night despite the lively area. My favorite location out of a whole month of travel. It lies 3 minutes away from the Hongik University subway station, which is conveniently on the line to and from the airport.

- Location: excellent location a 5 min walk from the green subway line that connects you with Hongik University (Hongdae) and the Myeongdong. Sinchon/EWHA are is somewhat more quiet but with plenty of shops and restaurants.
- Facilities: both common areas and bedroom were clean. Kitchen was well stocked as well as the laundry area.
- Bedroom/bathroom: both on the smaller side but perfect for a solo traveller
