In particular I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Director of Rooms, Mr Aewoo Choi for the exceptional service we received during our visit. My daughter’s comfort blanket was put on the bed but could not be found after housekeeping. She was so upset as it means a lot to her. However, Aewoo went above and beyond to assist us in locating it, and sent it back to our next checked-in hotel. Everything was perfect! The location is convenient and the property is very well maintained. The breakfast they offered was really good. The condition of the room and bathroom was superb. I genuinely have nothing bad to say. I am always going to choose i-jin for my future jeju trips!

Fresh, new hotel. Nice views from. Convenient location in Jeju town. Good for the family getting two rooms appartment for the price of one. Highly recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately we didn't have enough time to entirely enjoy our stay considering our very tight schedule. Nonetheless, we loved our time with Vincent, we enjoyed the tips he could give us and absolutely loved his library! I most definately hope that if back in Korea one day, I will be able to stay there once again. The accomodation is very close to the airport with a bus stop 5 min from it. A little store (GS26) is also available 1 min walking distance. We were able to park our car near the establishment but there is also a possibility to leave your car in the parking of the Guesthouse. Everything needed was provided by the host (towels, shampoo,...).
