The location is great, really beautiful views, best breakfast we had in 3 weeks, Henry, the host, is very helpful. the staff is excellent - friendly, helpful. the site is even better than on the pictures, quiet, beautiful, good atmosphere

Great hotel for value. Super clean big room. It is a newer hotel with a beautiful pool and very reasonable priced restaurant. They provide a free shuttle at 5pm back at 9pm every day to the middle of the old town. Very friendly staff who speak english.

The rooms were nice and comfortable, and the hotel is in a quiet area of the historic district. Robert at reception was very welcoming and always smiling and helped me book side trips and transportation. I highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay! The property has a beautiful courtyard, spacious rooms and is located in a peaceful part of town, a short walk from the busy nightlife. Sin and Tan were incredible hosts—so welcoming and attentive. They arranged reliable and affordable transportation for us and assisted us with several other requests. They truly went above and beyond, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this place and can’t wait to visit again!

Mekong Charm River View is the most beautiful hotel in Luang Prabang. We have been here for 1 night as our time is limited. We love the hotel, the room is nice and big, All the rooms have a private balcony. There are some rooms in front of the hotel that have a view of the Mekong river. The staff is polite and helpful, especially Linh, she could arrange the tours and train, bus tickets for you. Also she gave us a lot of information we needed to know during my stay in Luang Prabang. We recommend this hotel and we will be back in one day shortly.
