The suite was simply perfect! The location couldn’t be better – right in front of the Twin Towers and next to the covered market, full of high-quality local products. The hotel is luxurious and elegant, with the convenience of underground parking. The living space is very well designed, equipped with a comfortable sofa, a proper work area, and all the necessary amenities. The staff were outstanding and truly made the stay special.

The hotel is located in the heart of the business district of Casablanca in a totally secure area of Casablanca centre and 30 minutes from the airport Mohammed V.

I checked into the room around midnight and left early in the morning, so I could not evaluate everything in detail. The staff is polite, the linen is clean, the mattress is comfortable, the pillows are soft, the water in the shower is hot, and the water pressure is sufficient. I spent the night and left for the airport in a taxi called from the reception desk. All good.

Kenzi is one of my favourite hotels , I enjoy staying there . Most of the staff are well-mannered, friendly and professional especially Zakaria and Mohcine. A hotel without good staff and service is nothing but a beautiful grave !!!!! I had an incident while I am staying but Zakaria was there to sort it out . Keep up the good work . I am coming back again ! And don't hesitate to book it. It worths every single penny 😀

The front desk man when am checking, He was very respectful and friendly and he gave to me a lot of informations about Casablanca and guided me on what I would do tomorrow and gave me a plan a trip to visit northern Morocco. • the breakfast of the restaurant was varied and I also tasted Moroccan tea; you can say wow 😵‍💫 • the room was ok and very clean.

The hotel was perfect, location right next to the high way, those who know Casablanca will tell you how important it is, to go around the city we used Careem (they are not bullied by taxis drivers in that area), moving on to the facilities everything was super clean and smells nice, the receptionist Khadija was extremely nice and really helpful. Ah! And beds really comfy.

I got to the hotel late at 12am at night. I was happy to see the place has security. The front desk night gentlemen Abdelhak did an amazing job getting me checked in. He even went out of his way to to find a place with food open for me. Such a great feeling as I was drained from the flight. Really made my experience easy and went above and beyond! Thank you
