Great location, just around the corner from the medina. We had a brilliant room, spacious, warm, and fine view of Fes. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The breakfasts were wonderful and the trip they organised was perfect on a cold day. Cannot recommend it enough.

The staff are amazing. Mustafa and Said do everything to help you down to the smallest detail. The accommodation is comfortable and clean. Dinner at the riad was good as well. I recommend Riad Jeanne for anyone wanting a genuine local experience.

Our stay at Riad Serendipity was simply wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. Sebastian, Nazha, and Selma were incredibly kind and welcoming — their hospitality made all the difference. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and full of local flavors. A special thanks to Nazha Selma and Sebastian who took such great care of us and made every moment special. The riad has such a warm, familiar atmosphere, and the price–value ratio is excellent.
