We really enjoyed our time in the hotel. The room was very large and comfortable and had a small balcony with a great view of the sea. It is a just a few minutes away from the Old Town on foot, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We could park our car in the garage, which was a plus. The staff was really kind and friendly. We would return there!

We were feeling very welcomed and hotel parking was one of best benefits of hotel in crowded Budva. You can reach old city in 10 minutes walking and our room was spacious, very neat and modern with nice and quite big balcony. Everything that we hoped for. Staff upgraded my room without any additional costs. Also, I was traveling alone to let myself relax and spend time without kids. Everything was perfect. I took a dinner in the hotel’s restaurant (the dinner wasn’t prepared). It was very delicious and cheaper than in restaurants outside the hotel. The best one is the dessert “Avala”, for sure.

As someone who Is many years in a hospitality business I have to say I was impressed with every single department. Starting communication with FOM Marija was just so smooth. Impressed by Milos and Aleksandar as well, they put so much effort. The room was spotless, the view was just amazing, and the food was outstanding.     The location is right in the middle of Budva. It is very easy to get everywhere. There is a market next to it. It is right next to TQ Plaza. There is parking. We got the key very easily. The house was clean. There was everything in the kitchen to cook and prepare. There are 2 rooms with a shared balcony. The other balcony overlooks the street. Since the air conditioner is located outside, it was sometimes very difficult to sit down because of the heat, but overall it was a very nice experience.thank you✨🤟🏻

    Excellent location - right in the TQ plaza with supermarkets, gym, restaurants on the ground floor. Appartment itself is located on level 3. Comfortable parking is underneath the building. Building security system 24/7. Appartment has specious terrace with comfortable large dining table. Washing machine coupled with dryer. Kitchen is well equipped. Communication with the host is seamless and fast responsive. Some sea view from the terrace. Top stars.

    Just one block back from the waterfront; Maybe 5 minute stroll to Old Town; 2 minute walk to TQ Plaza; And free parking. Nothing too grand - its 3* rating reflects that. But this is a fantastic, family run gem in the heart of Budva that is perfect for a few nights stay. Ilija and his family were absolutely lovely. We really hope to make it back to Budva in the future and we will most definitely make this our first choice hotel.
