Staffs were excellent, polite and helpful. Room was big and amenities are more than enough. Great location with Water Park and Golden Wheel. We love our stay here and hope to be back soon.

Check-in was smooth, hotel has great decor and being connected to the other hotels, shops and casinos makes it very convenient. The room itself is standard, but the hotel staff are excellent, in my opinion better than what we saw at surrounding hotels. The staff seem genuinely happy working there which is always a huge plus for me. Excellent selection for breakfast and open till late. Room service is a plus.

He went out of his way to upgrade my room, which made my stay even more comfortable. Frank also took the time to explain all the hotel amenities in great detail, which I really appreciated. Located in the heart of Macau, with excellent access to Galaxy Macau. The night view is beautiful and the building is new, stylish and clean. The staff were attentive and I was impressed by the handwritten messages. It was a great stay!
