Everything, but the Breakfast was just awesome, the service, especially this guy Yousuf from the concierge, he was awesome - exceptional service. Also appreciated the cake and candies on such a short notice for our anniversary.

The attention to detail was excellent from the moment we arrived. The room had a fantastic view very comfortable bed with lots of room. The breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety for all taste preferences.. we enjoyed our stay at the W macau.

Everything. Such attention to detail with lovely little touches like eye mask and little gift pack. Plenty of toiletries. Fabulous view. Happy hour and access to the lounge was great.
