Hotel was fantastic, great big room, very friendly staff, food great, bottled water, coffee, tea in our room everyday, with no extra charge,we enjoy our stay, the hotel was very centeral to buses metro, an no shortage of taxis, would definitely recommend this hotel

Really a best choice! Cannot believe the sheet, the pillowcase, the towel are all so new! Even embroidered with this place’s name, making it like a five star hotel! The owner is so generate providing many local teabags which are very good. Manager’s name and telephone number are on the wall making it very easy for the customer to find help. Since my airplane is delayed more than five hours so when I arrived at the hotel it is near midnight. Felt so secure when saw the manager Mr Mihary and the guard were there waiting for me. With 5 minutes walk can arrive the big central market. Then 10 minutes can arrive the most famous beach where the hotel is near six fold of this place. Really a good experience.

Clive was super helpful and a very nice host. He is the night manager and has made sure that everything went well. The trip was great thanks to this particular person. However, I was absolutely astounded by the swift and professional manner in which the duty manager addressed the situation. Not only did they resolve the issue with precision and care, but they also surprised us with a gracious refund for one night's stay. This unexpected gesture of goodwill touched our hearts deeply.
