The RoomMate Bruno was an exceptional hotel! It was immaculately clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower great! We had a corner room which gave us lots of room. We asked for a kettle, which was brought immediately to our room. Breakfast was exceptional with lots of choices. The staff were friendly, helpful, and lots of them available. There was flavored water and tea in the lobby. The Film Museum is right next door, as well as a Food Hall. Although the hotel is not right in the middle of the downtown, Metro and tram transportation was nearby and easy to access. The water taxi was also nearby at the end of the isthmus.

Best thing about this hotel is location, the building, design, and last but not the least are people. Never had so much good interactions with all people working in a hotel. At first, we booked just a room, and after recommendations from a friend we also reserved a table for dinner, and finally a table for breakfast. We also wanted to get a haircut for my son in barber shop, but we didn't have a reservations so we'll leave that for the next time :-)

    Hop on the tram 23 at Beurs and travel by tram over the...

    Hop on the tram 23 at Beurs and travel by tram over the bridge and walk back its a lovely view. For Cruise passengers exit the cruise terminal and cross the road to the tram stop take the no 23 heading towards the city its only 2/3 stops to get into the heart of the city if you want to go to the Markal get off at Beurs and cross the tram lines look for the tram 21 and it takes you to Blaak which is directly opposite the Markal. Pay for your tram with your tap bank cards make sure you tap on and off the tram and this works out way cheaper than taxi

    If you visit Rotterdam, I highly recommend this hotel. The view of the Erasmus Bridge and the Rotterdam skyline from the hotel is truly beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of a wonderful view, which made it even more enjoyable. Most importantly, the reception staff were extremely kind, and overall, I would say this hotel is truly excellent👍

    This is my second time staying at this beautiful hotel. It's well located near the beautiful Erasmus Bridge. The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable and wide.     The hotel is located right next to the Erasmus bridge from where you can reach different parts of Rotterdam easily, either by walking, using public transport or one of the many scooters for rent. The view from our room in the 18th floor was spectacular. We could watch the ships passing by and the light playing in the skyline full of skyscrapers endlessly. The breakfast is particularly noteworthy as it refreshingly different than those standard breakfast buffets we know from so many boring hotels.

    The staff couldnt have been more pleasant, helpful and engaging. The hotel itself is really unique in terms of decor, so impessed. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were a great size. Great location next to the Erasmus Bridge. There is a Tram line (5 &3) close by which go to Rotterdam Centraal. We will definitely use again. Also, literally across from the cruise terminal if that's needed.

    The room and bathroom were cleaned. After I checked out, I had a coffee and there is a plenty of sit or space that I could sit and enjoy my hot drinks, even they have a space outside of the their building with tables and chairs to sit for smoking. The location near to Euromast tower, Erasmus bridge and Markthal shopping mall for walking.
