Great customer service: helpful, friendly, responsive via booking messenger. Rooms spacious, clean, modern and new bathroom, with soaps etc, even with possibility to watch Netflix on the big modern TV (unlike most hotel TVs). Perfectly convenient with parking right in front of the room. Free water dispenser and a concession machine in the lobby. Cheap laundry possibility for guests. Location close to the airport. They offer free airport shuttle 24/7. We were positively surprised about such great value for money. Will come back on our wait out of NZ.

Location was great. Very close to Manukau 10pin. We brought 8 10pin players for a competition. They all agreed the showers were excellent and rooms clean and comfortable. They shared rooms.
