This hotel was outstanding, even for experienced travelers. The spacious colonial architecture combined perfectly with the convenient furnishings. The bed was super extra-large, literally over 2 meters wide. The exceptional breakfast offered a wide variety of food. The staff were very helpful and always ready to ensure guests felt comfortable. Fascinating place, but exhausting walk.

Fascinating place, but exhausting walk. It comes up on Google maps as a 20 minute walk from the city centre, but this takes no account of the required climb which at least doubles the time. Definitely get a taxi as far as it can take you then just walk the last bit.

This hotel is in a very convenient location, walking distance to many central Cusco attractions like the plazas & San Pedro market as well as the steep walk to Cristo Blanco & Sacsayhuaman ruins. The breakfast is fantastic in a sunny covered courtyard - plenty of fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs, juice, some sweet breads, coffee and cocoa leaves to help with our altitude acclimatisation. Staff are friendly and attentive. There is a nice view from floor 4 balcony. We stayed 4 nights.

There's all day free tea and coffee, which is always a hit with me. The location is also great, its a short walk to the historical centre, and we actually walked up the hill to Sacsayhuaman from there - although that's probably a bit much for most people. Staff is also great, they gave us detail on how to go where we wanted to go, and stored our bags for a week while we were hiking at no extra charge.

Excellent and very comfortable hotel! It has a beautiful view, a great location close to the city center (5 to 10 minutes walking), and it's right in front of Sacsayhuaman. The staff is very attentive, especially Stephany. It's definitely worth it.
