The penthouse apartment was excellent. All the staff at the Inn Ansol, Creig, Irene, Karan , Inse were wonderful and went out of their way to help us. They also have their own transportation to travel around which was so good. Don also drove us to our Mitsibis Bay Resort in one of their luxurious car.

Very clean and the staff were super friendly and accommodating . Food in the restaurant was superb and an excellent variety of south east Asian dishes. It also had a coffee & cocktail bar on the premises which we spent quite a bit of time at.

the room, bedsheets, bathroom were clean. all the staff were helpful and accommodating. they helped us locate Mayon Gold, a chocolate factory,not seen in Waze and Google maps. they extended much effort for us to be able to go there. they were efficient in their front desk and kitchen staff because they prepared sandwiches for our breakfast because we left at 2am. the comfortable room was neat and tidy. the bathroom had hot water🥰🙏 it was worth every centavo......a must stay in Bicol🥰🙏

    It’s perfectly located, right in the center, but on a quiet street. The place is beautiful and super clean, and the room was cozy with incredibly comfortable beds. There are also nice common areas and stunning views of Mayon Volcano. The hosts were kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

    Where can I start? Everything was perfect during my stay. The family owners were so friendly and they all gave me recommendations on things to do and places to visit in the Albay/Bicol/Legazpi area; they made me a list for me… that was priceless! Everything was clean, super spacious room and the view from the rooftop was just beautiful: the Mayon volcano in all its glory! My fav accommodation in the Philippines for sure!

    Some of the staff are friendly, front desk, cleaner and guard and a guy at breakfast. We had a free upgrade to see the beautiful view of Mayon volcano. Aside of a little mishaps of getting our room ready by 2pm we’re still waiting at 2:30pm upon check in even they knew we’ve been there before lunch time, but the rest are pretty easy. Close to shops, food retail, church and hospital.

    Summer is the most amazing host that I ever met during my trip in Philipiness. She's so helpful and kind, she gave me a lot of suggestions of restaurants, places to visit and helped with the taxi at 4h30 am. The hostel is clean and nice, very well located less than 10 min walking to SM city - main bus terminal. You can see Mayon volcano from the rooftop.

    The location is perfect since it is next to the beautiful Mayon volcano. The owner is really nice and helpful. You can book all activities with them. The rooms are so beautiful and in a made in the traditional construction way of Philippines. The restaurant it's great. Amazing Filipino food and great cooks.
