Food at breakfast was outstanding, best hash browns I've ever had and good selection of meats (hot and cold) pastries and breads. Something for everyone. Staff were very helpful, it was my partners birthday and I asked if they could put a cake in the room for our arrival, they did with no extra cost. We had to leave before breakfast on our last day so they made us a breakfast box to take to the airport. Had an incident where, after booking, we found out we were arriving a day early due to the airline moving our flights and they happily amended the booking at the same price per night as agreed on booking.com The bed was huge, our view was really good (5th floor, castle view) and it was reasonably priced. The bathroom was really good and the room seemed to have little extras that we needed, boot cleaning kit, sewing kit (partner ripped a hole in her coat pocket). Would 100% book here again if I returned to the city.

The hotel was brand new and spotlessly clean with a balanced breakfast buffet. The room size was very good and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff was kind and caring. I liked the interior design with excellent quality. The hotel has a sauna and you need to make a reservation in advance as it is a small one, but this allows you to use it all by yourself. The hotel is close to the castle and there are pleasant parks around. I loved this place and definitely want to go back.
