The staff at Reception were very friendly and helpful. They arranged our tours and transfer to the station and assisted with collection of a package. They made our stay effortless.

- Location was superb! Its 5 mins to Old town and right across from the largest shopping mall & Krakow Glowny - Room was large & spacious with all amenities. Sheets were fresh & bed was comfortable. - The kiss & ride stop from where all the day trips leave is right outside the hotel - Lovely reception & lobby area with a bar where one can relax with a coffee or cocktail - Staff was very professional & polite - They stored my luggage at the reception from 5 AM to 6 PM while I went for a day trip to Auswitch. - On check in they gave me chocolate & check out they gave me a bagel - both were a cute touch to the overall experience
