I've asked for an early check-in and it was provided; the staff was super-nice, the room was beautiful, room service was exceptionally good - and there were several options suitable for a kid. Recommended!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Almost everyone spoke very good English. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable, with all the amenities I could possibly need. The location was perfect not too much of a walk to Old Town Centre, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy my trip. I truly appreciated the excellent service and care put into every aspect of my stay. Highly recommended. I would gladly return!
