One of the best hotels I have ever been to. The location is amazing. In the heart of Ostrów Tumski cathedral area, with walking distance (15 min) to a historic city center district. The food is out of this planet with incredible helpful staff. Doesn’t get any better than this!

I'd like to provide an update to my previous review of Altus Palace. While I initially encountered an issue with the valet service, I'm pleased to report that the hotel management promptly resolved it. They located my missing luggage, acknowledged their mistake, and offered a sincere apology for the inconvenience. This proactive and professional response has improved my impression of Altus Palace. I now feel more confident about considering them for future stays. Kudos to the hotel for their efforts in making things right. A special thanks to Mrs. Chodarowska for her outstanding dedication in resolving the issue.

I returned to the PURO after my initial stay roughly one year prior and the property & the staff continue to maintain an excellent level. Aside from that, the location alone is a major plus point for this hotel (along with the awesome, free-flow coffee in the reception area).
