we stayed here before, the hotel is absolutely fabulous, the rooms are spotless and all the facilities you expect , what makes the hotel are the views and staff , who can't do enough for you, the breakfast is excellent , there are some hot options and continental options available, restaurants are available in the local area , but you need a car to get to them, We struggled to get a taxi to the restaurant , the gentleman who was at reception offered us a lift to the restaurant , what a great guy he was couldn't do enough for us , sorry forgot your name but what a guy,

The location could not be more central to Vila do Gerês. The hotel is beautiful, the room was huge and the bed was really spacious and comfortable. I slept like a baby and I'm quite fussy about beds and mattresses. The shower/bath was big, the water hot and with good pressure, lovely bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean! The staff was friendly and the breakfast was nice too, European style with some eggs, pastries, fruits, cured meats etc. Would definitely come back again ☺️
