Outstanding location. My lovely room had a little balcony with a view of the arch. The room was spotless and spacious and the cleaners did a great job daily. The fridge and desk were appreciated. Wonderful, friendly staff. The value for money was exceptional. Location was brilliant for morning running - hotel to the Belem Tower along the water and back is c. 15km; perfect!

The hotel is very close to the city center. Nearby is the tram line as well(tram 28). The room was small but comfy. Housekeeping was exceptional. The breakfast doesn't have much variety but is satisfying enough. The receptionist is always there to help you with any questions. Well done to all the staff.

We enjoyed room and bathfoom comfort and design. The view made me happy every morning. Room heating was more then satisfying. Breakfast was very good. Everybody working there was kind and helpfull. Overall excellent experience, and I already recommended this hotel to some friends🩵

We had a beautiful quiet room in a perfect location. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We were surprised to find a washing machine in the room, which was great! The staff were amazing. Jessica and Afonso were so helpful, giving us great recommendations. They were very friendly and welcoming every time we passed through reception.     This appears to be a less popular attraction. When I went there was no line. Only a few Euros to go up and it has beautiful views. The stairs are very narrow, so you can’t pass somebody going in the other direction. There’s a post at the entrance to the stairs. Press the button. If a green light comes on you can proceed. If it’s a red light you need for the people inside the stairwell to come out. The light turns green when it’s clear. The arch is right next to the tram to Belem. It’s convenient if you want to see b
