Rooms are big enough, beds are comfortable, A/C is working perfect, you can adjust to 0.5 degrees Celcius and it keeps the temperature. Breakfast is tasty, even free parking was available.

The rooms are spacious and very clean. The bed is very comfortable and I've always slept well when staying here. It's located near the main station (Gara de Nord) but that noise won't bother you. I haven't met the staff as I typically arrive late but when I have a very early travel the next day, this is definitely my go-to stay in Bucharest.
