The staff were very attentive and helpful. It’s close to all the major attractions walkable actually. We stayed with Marina bay view room on 11th floor and had a great view and bath tub. The breakfast was good and multiple cuisines to choose from and as Indian, indian food options are available and they make fresh dosa uttapa if asked for which was great too. Also because we stayed in easter holidays they gave us dessert plate everyday in our room when we stayed!! In all great experiences, you get what you paid for!!

From the outside, the hotel might not make the most striking impression – but step inside, and you’re greeted by absolutely stunning interior architecture. The lush greenery, soaring atrium, and warm lighting immediately set a welcoming tone. The pool is beautiful, especially at night – a peaceful oasis high above the city. The hotel’s dining options are excellent. Both the Asian restaurant and the steakhouse offer top-notch food and a great atmosphere. I also spent some time at the spa and was really impressed with the quality and variety of treatments available – it’s a lovely place to unwind and recharge. The location is another big plus: very well connected by MRT and within walking distance of many of Singapore’s key sights and attractions. It’s super convenient whether you're exploring Marina Bay, going shopping, or heading out for dinner. But what truly stood out for me was the hotel bar. As a solo traveler, I really cherished ending my evenings with a drink or two there. The cocktails were expertly prepared – but even more special was the warm and genuine hospitality I received from the team. Adam, Min, Fifi, and Omar (as well as a few other kind staff members whose names I sadly didn’t catch) made me feel welcome and looked after every single night. Their kindness, sincere interest in my well-being, and great energy turned a great trip into an unforgettable one. Thank you all so much – and warm greetings from Austria! Manuel

The Fullerton Hotel in Singapore is a luxurious oasis in a beautiful city. The surroundings are incredible and the location is perfect. The service during or stay was impeccable and everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations. Our room was spacious and spotless. All of the staff were friendly, welcoming and professional, it was a true home away from home experience. We also upgraded our stay to The Straits Club and we were not disappointed. Thank you to Christine, Jen, Zep and all of the team at the club and for making our visit so memorable. Also a big thank you to Rafi Patani, Senior Concierge for being so incredibly helpful and professional and for also making our stay so special. In addition to the wonderful facilities there is a spa and an outdoor swimming pool. Our only regret whilst staying at The Fullerton was saying goodbye after a very happy few days. We do look forward to returning very soon though.

Best time to go in the evening after 6:00PM and book online. Do not miss the light show at 7:45PM and 8:45PM and the northern lights show using laser. Do not forget to take some flash enabled cameras as Marina bay sands will be litup in the night when up in the observatory deck.

Fantastic way to spend the day.

Fantastic way to spend the day. Beautiful during the day and absolutely stunning at night with the laser light show to music. Be sure to go into the dome so see the beautiful gardens there and it is a chance to get out of the hot sun into airconditioned wonder with waterfalls and so many levels of plants and sculptures to see. Loved our time there.

Very Large Crowds for the evening Light Shows ! The first one was better than the Second one. Worth seeing once, but oh so many people, and queues. Good luck getting a Taxi afterwards. better to use Subway trains.

Amazing place to visit.

Amazing place to visit. Modern, different, attractive for all kind of tourists. Loved every minute. In one part of the garden are flowers and vegies, and in another part rain forest. We bought tickets online.

The metro is far from the entrances, so you cannot use the metro with kids or elderly - unless the kids have a scooter. I would recommend you need about 2 hours for each of the venues e.g. 2 to 3 hours for cloud forest, another 2 to 3 hours for flower dome. The flower dome and cloud forest could do with more variety of flowers. The staging with different themes is nice. The vegetation is nice but repetitive. The people at the ticket area are not friendly - so don't expect much. Make sure you buy your tickets form their main website. The people receiving you at the various venues are friendly. Do not use your credit card on the open wifi - there are fraudsters. Happened twice to us on both our visits. We traced it back to their open wifi. The larger gardens are very well maintained, neat, beautifully kept. To enjoy these gardens go early - in Singapore it rains almost every afternoon. So you can enjoy the gardens in the morning, and head into shelter as you enjoy the Cloud Forest or Flower dome in the afternoon. The best and most memorable part of Gardens by the Bay is the Light Symphony. This is spectacular and a must see. The shows are at 7.45pm and 8.45pm every evening. But make sure you come with a blanket or mat to sit on the floor. It gets crowded.

Out of this world.

Out of this world. I think each and every big city should have similar urban forests. Amazing. I think one of the attractions was closed for maintenance when we were there. I will definitely visit this place again when I am there next time.

Parkview Hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. First of all the location is really great. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel and the location is close to the key attractions like the Gardens by the Bay and the Merlion Park. The room was good and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered by the hotel is really good. It included at least two carb sources, three or four protein sources, fruits, tea, coffee, fruit juice, biscuits and many more. The value for money is unmatchable.

The hotel met our expectations and staff were very friendly. Nothing wrong with the hotel. Rooms are small but we knew that and it was good value for Singapore for 1 night. We walked to and from Gardens by the Bay, walking past Raffles and other places. We didn’t use it but it is right next to an MRT station which would be handy.

One of the most best city hotels I have stayed. Very friendly staff especially Mr. James at the reception helped us a lot as it was our first visit with our children.Breath taking views from the room with including the Singapore flyer and Gardens by the bay, also very easy access to MRT ( Lavender) and taxis to the city center. A great hotel for a short stay, if you are having a long layover. The room was smaller but perfectly fitting for my one night stay. It is conveniently located about 30 minutes from the airport, halfway to the city center. The nearest MRT station is just 10 minutes walking distance and you can get in to the main city attractions like Marina Bay or Gardens by the Bay in just 15 more minutes.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was well appointed and had everything we needed for a one night stopover on our flight from UK to New Zealand. Taxis to and from the airport and Gardens by the Bay were cheap and easy to get. Public transport in Singapore is excellent with a cheap 48 hour runaround ticket for the buses and underground providing excellent value and convenience.
