Good wi-fi on all hotel territory, including beach and hotel rooms. Tasty and various food. Cleaning in rooms and changing of towels every day. Warm water in the sea and wonderful sand beach, umbrellas and sun loungers with mattresses. Big beautiful hotel territory. Very friendly staff both in the hotel and in the restaurant.

The hotel was amazing thanks to the wonderful amazing staff and employees.. they managed to make us feel like we are amongst family.. special thanks to Khaled who texted us before we arrive asking for any specific requirements.. Shatha with her amazing smile and great recommendations.. Ghassan who was always checking on us making sure we didn't need anything.. facilities were great.. the beach is outstanding so are the pools The architecture is so nice, with such soothing color schemes.. and gardens are heavenly

We had a truly excellent stay at Hotel Marcopolo, thanks entirely to the phenomenal staff. The reception service from, Olfa , Taieb and Cyrine was exceptional they were welcoming, efficient, and professional throughout our visit. Our room was impeccably clean every day, a credit to the hard work of the housekeeping team, especially Sihem. Dining was a highlight; a big salute to Chef Sami for the delicious food and high quality of the restaurant. Finally, the Spa service was wonderful, providing the perfect relaxing experience. We highly recommend this hotel for its amazing staff and service!
